Activities
1 / Outreach and engagement for population of focus
We conduct weekly targeted outreaches to engage with individuals in need, meeting them where they are to provide immediate support. Through these outreaches, we offer vital resources, including harm reduction supplies, connections to treatment, and other essential services, ensuring that those struggling with substance use, homelessness, or mental health challenges receive the help they need.
2 / Substance use screening and assessment
All clients undergo an intake process to assess their needs and determine the appropriate level of support. We will track progress and measure outcomes, ensuring they receive the most effective services tailored to their situation.
3 / Recovery Services
Clients have access to peer recovery specialists who provide guidance, support, and connections to recovery-related services. These peers, with lived experience, help individuals navigate treatment options, sober living, and community resources, offering compassionate, real-world support on their recovery journey.
4 / Harm Reduction
We believe in a harm reduction approach that prioritizes safety, dignity, and support for individuals struggling with substance use. As part of this commitment, we provide Narcan (naloxone) to reverse opioid overdoses and fentanyl test strips to help prevent accidental overdoses. By equipping individuals with these life-saving tools, we empower them to make safer choices while connecting them to treatment and recovery resources.
