The Hope Exists Foundation envisions a community where every individual receives compassionate, client-centered support tailored to meet them where they are, regardless of their circumstances. We strive to break down barriers and ensure access to the resources needed to heal, grow, and thrive.
Our Mission
The Hope Exists Foundation works to improve the health and stability of individuals and families facing substance use, mental health challenges, homelessness, and food insecurity by providing recovery outreach, essential resources, and connections to treatment and community support services.

Connecting individuals to treatment and recovery services across Atlantic County.
Food Assistance
Monthly food distributions serving families facing food insecurity. Registration required.
Community Support
Transportation support and essential resources. Sober living assistance available when grant criteria is met.

What We Do
Help Someone Enter Treatment With the Essentials
Many of the individuals we assist arrive at treatment with very few personal belongings. Through community support, we are able to provide snacks, clothing basics, and essential supplies to help them begin their recovery journey with dignity.
You can help by donating items directly through our Amazon Wish List. Every item goes directly to someone starting a new chapter in their life.
