Bill Mazur is a retired Deputy Chief of Police with over 25 years of law enforcement experience. He holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Police Graduate Studies and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.

Bill has dedicated his career to advancing officer wellness, leadership development, and community resilience. He co-founded the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Foundation, which evolved into the Hope Exists Foundation, and continues to serve as Chairman, guiding the organization’s mission to strengthen communities through recovery outreach, public safety, and mental health advocacy.
