Our Story
The Hope Exists Foundation began as the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Foundation to support the Hope One Mobile Outreach program. What started as a small initiative to bring treatment and recovery services directly into the community has grown into a fully independent nonprofit. Today, we provide recovery support, mental health resources, veteran services, and food assistance throughout Atlantic County.

How We Make a Difference

Food Distributions – We conduct monthly food distributions in Hammonton and Pleasantville, serving hundreds of individuals and families facing food insecurity.

Mobile Recovery Outreach – Through a Grant to Benefit Homeless Individuals, and small community grants, our team provides weekly outreach, connecting individuals directly to treatment and recovery resources

Community Partnerships – We collaborate with local organizations to expand our impact and provide wrap around support.

Client-Centered Approach – Every service we offer is rooted in compassion, accessibility, and timely assistance.
