About Hope Exists Foundation
We meet people where they are—connecting individuals and families in Atlantic County to recovery, food, and essential support.
Who We Are
The Hope Exists Foundation began as the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Foundation, supporting the Hope One mobile outreach program. What started as a small initiative to connect individuals in crisis to treatment has grown into a fully independent nonprofit serving communities across Atlantic County.
Today, we provide hands-on support to individuals and families facing substance use, food insecurity, and other life challenges. Our work is rooted in compassion, connection, and meeting people where they are, without judgment.
